Our Story
Elite Air Houston was founded in 2003 by Greg Forrest, an HVAC professional with 23 years of experience in the Houston area. Over the years, Greg saw too many homeowners frustrated by vague diagnoses, surprise charges, and pushy sales tactics. Elite Air was created to offer something better: a company that treats customers the way we'd want our own families treated.
What began as a single service truck has grown into a dedicated team of technicians and support staff, but our commitment hasn't changed. We still answer the phone like a neighbor and still take the time to explain your options clearly.
What Makes Us Elite
- Honesty first. We recommend only what your home truly needs. If a simple repair will solve the problem, that's what we'll tell you.
- Upfront pricing. You'll know the cost before any work begins. No hidden fees and no surprises.
- Skilled, licensed technicians. Our team is licensed and insured, background-checked, and trained on the latest equipment and technology.
- Houston expertise. We understand how our heat and humidity affect your system, and we design solutions built for this climate.
- Respect for your home. We arrive on time, protect your floors, and clean up completely before we leave.
- Work we stand behind. Every repair and installation is backed by our workmanship guarantee.
Our Team
Our technicians are more than skilled tradespeople. They're problem-solvers who take pride in their work and genuinely care about the families they serve. We invest in ongoing training so our team stays current on new equipment, efficiency standards, and best practices. When an Elite Air technician arrives at your door, you can expect professionalism, courtesy, and clear communication from start to finish.
Rooted in Houston
Houston isn't just where we work. It's where we live and raise our families. We're proud to serve our neighbors across Katy, The Woodlands, Sugar Land, Cypress, and Pearland, plus the rest of Greater Houston. Many of our customers find us through word of mouth, and we never take that trust for granted.
